History: Valtoria was didn't know she
was a witch until she was about 08 years old, nothing strange happened to her,
her parents were worried that she was a squibb, but when she was 08 she started
making things vanish when she got mad. Three years later she got her acceptance
letter to Hogwarts. She started getting her tattoos at the age of thirteen, she
became addicted, her parents think if that's what makes her happy then they
will approve of it.

History: Her parents were young when
they had Valtoria, they were 17 and 18, they had just graduated Hogwarts when
they found out they were with child.
